MCLE DEADLINE FOR 40,000 --- Active attorneys in MCLE compliance group 2 (last names H-M) face a Feb. 1 deadline for MCLE compliance.
BAR FEES --- Feb.1 is the deadline for payment of State Bar annual fees.
2006 ELECTIONS --- Nominating petitions will be available Feb. 1 for five openings on the State Bar's 23-member board of governors. Five seats also are open on the board of the California Young Lawyers Association.
